Shipping Policy

We ship all domestic orders via UPS at a flat rate of $6.99.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is on its way.

We do not currently ship internationally. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when international shipping is available.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Off Leash is not responsible for missing items. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a claim directly with UPS.
