# Returns & Exchanges

## A Quick Note on Sizing

We want your pup's gear to fit perfectly the first time. Our size charts are there to help — a quick measure of your dog's neck and chest before ordering goes a long way. When in doubt, feel free to reach out and we'll help you find the right fit.

## Exchanges

Got the wrong size? We've got you. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product. The first exchange for each order is free and subject to product availability — we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your item at our warehouse, we'll ship out the new size. After your first exchange (per order), return shipping costs are your responsibility. Reach out to us at support@liveoffleash.co with your order number and we'll get you sorted.

## Returns

If an exchange isn't what you need, we offer full refunds on eligible items. Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date, and items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of initiating the return. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once we receive your item, we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

- Requested within 30 days of your delivery date
- Received at our warehouse within 14 days of initiating the return
- Unworn and unused
- Original tags still attached
- Free of pet fur and hair

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that don't meet these conditions.
