Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
We ship all domestic orders via UPS at a flat rate of $6.99.

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but we're working on it! Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when international shipping is available.

My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my package — what do I do?
First, check with your carrier — packages are sometimes scanned before they reach your door, left with a neighbor, or held at a local facility. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Off Leash is not responsible for missing items. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and free of pet fur. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once we receive your item, we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
We've got you. The first exchange for each order is free — we'll send you a prepaid return label. Just email us at support@liveoffleash.co with your order number and the size you need. After your first exchange (per order), you are responsible for shipping costs.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@liveoffleash.co with your order number and let us know whether you'd like an exchange or refund. Our customer support team will take it from there.

What if my item doesn't meet return conditions?
We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges on items that are worn, used, missing tags, or have pet fur on them.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has a size chart with measurements — that's your best guide. Grab a soft measuring tape and measure accordingly. A few seconds of measuring goes a long way toward getting the right fit on the first try. Still not sure? Email us at support@liveoffleash.co and we'll help.

How do I clean my Off Leash gear?
Spot clean or hand wash with mild soap and cold water, then air dry.

Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed. Email support@liveoffleash.co as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.
